Anyway, since then my weight has kind of stalled. I've only lost about 8 lbs since May. I'm thinking it might be because I upped the excerise drastically (I run every other day and do pilates on the off running days) but didn't change my calorie intake. I'm eating about 9,450 calories a week (averaging 1,350 per day...but I cycle my calories). Does this sound like enough, since I'm burning about 2,370 to 2,040 calories per week through my excercise? I'm aiming to lose about 1.5 lbs per week.
Any advice would be great. Thanks!
