Hi all! I'm not on this diet I just wanted to say that this is a GREAT lifestyle diet to stick w/permanently. When I went to Mayo clinic (don't know if we're allowed to post names) they gaveme a copy of this diet and also my friend is an acupuncturist she always recommends following it as well. GOOD CHOICE! When I'm done w/my weight loss plan I'm switching to this!

And my HMO (Kaiser ) Reccomends a Mediterranean Diet.

Really? Interesting. I sell for Kaiser and I didn't even know that LOL! Learn something everyday!

It's a very healthy lifestyle choice. I have followed it for years (but stayed fat due to my 80 oz of Mt Dew/day LOL)
