Hi Guys! I'm new here, and thought I'd write a brief introduction about myself and my weight loss journey. I'm 32, single mother of 2 beautiful girls. My whole life I have had a weight issue. Over the years I have been able to diet and lose the weight, but always ended up gaining it back and then some. After my divorce my weight skyrocketed higher than it had ever gotten to. May 1st of this year I made a change in my life. I remember walking past a mirror and saying to myself " who are you??" That morning I got on the dreaded scales and weighed in at 310 pounds. Today three months and 9 days later I weigh 240. I still have a long way to go to reach my goalweight, but I just keep telling myself I didn't put it on overnight and im not going to lose it overnight.
