Have you been struggling to get on program, no matter which program you are trying to do? Why not sign in here just for today, and come back and show us how you did. Sign up with any goals you want to.

I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.

Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

This has become a wonderful supportive group! (New thread started every day for a frest start!) Newbies to this thread always welcome!

My goals for today aren't very specific. Sunday is a day when we usually go out mid afternoon and that's the main meal for today. I weigh 282 and my stickk goal for tomorrow is 280.93 so that's what I'm working towards whatever it takes.

Hey,
I had a good plan. Stuck to most of it till we went sightseeing in Boston. I went off plan. But I promise myself no regret. Just get back on the horse tomorrow. And try again when we come back to Boston on Thursday. I am not overeating which is a blessing.
Thinking about all of you (stuck in the Boston airport for 4 more hours!!)

My goal for the day is to take my cider vinger tablets and fiber tablets to help me flush my system. My goal is to at least use my elipical machine for 10 minutes to start. I have not used it before, then to use my large exercise ball and do a few exercises on it. Then to drink more water.
