I am not an expert but from my own experience, when I do my exercise does not affect how I lose. I just have to do it.

On days I do 1 hour cardio, I do 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the afternoon.

Good luck with your goals.

Hugs

The difference between the two, if any, is minimal. Sometimes, it's easier to make excuses to skip afternoon exercise, so if that's your situation, get it out of the way in the morning. Some people also have trouble sleeping if they exercise at night vs. in the morning. But in terms of weight loss, it isn't going to make a significant difference, so long as you're doing it consistently.

It is most beneficial WHENEVER you can do it. If one time works better than another, that is the best time

I like morning because it is a good solid start to the day. Mentally, I have started on a good note, it sets the tone for the day. But, that is just one of MY tricks.

Really - do whatever works best for you!

Belly fat comes from diet, not exercise. This is why you see many men who are very active in sports, can burn 1000 calories in a day from that sport, yet still have a gut. Gut = food/alcohol.
