I ♥ Jillian! I have 30DS and yes it is tough. I am always changing my routines so it is not something I am incorporating at the moment but I am sure I will again soon
I did the 30 Day Shred every day for a week - I think its a great, time-efficient workout. It definitely helped me get back into the groove of doing weights again (after half a year of not doing strength exercises).
However, I found it to be too short for my tastes. So now I'm doing Jillian's 'No More Trouble Zones' and 'Boost Metabolism' workouts. They're ~50min each and I alternate them every day. It's really helped me tone up my body - esp the upper arms which I've had lots of issues with!
