Hi there,

I've been looking around this site and think it's really good. Thanks to everyone for the inspiration and fantastic stories etc. Everyone is doing really well.. keep it up!

I'm 31, from Swansea in Wales, weighing approx 313lbs... HELP!

I've always been massively overweight, but at this stage in my life it seems to be taking it's toll on me big time. I hate the way I look andfeel. It's ruining my life and possibly my relationship... I need some motivation to get up, get some control of myself and hopefully start feeling good about myself instead of hating the mirror.

I just don't know where to start! I'm a happy go lucky, laid back person but it's getting me down... so... I'm going to start... now!

Anyone fancy pointing me in the right direction as to what threads or sections i'm best visiting?
