I would like to lose at least 50 pounds. I started the Fat Smash diet Monday - 3 days ago. I thought it would be easy, because I like veg & fruits, but I now realize that I don't like them THAT much! And I like my vegs with lots of salt and butter. I am trying to stick with it, but the weekend will be a challenge. We always go out to eat several times during the weekend, and are planning to go to a movie tomorrow (popcorn).
Welcome! I went to a movie last night and I usually love to eat the popcorn at the Theatre, but I made sure to eat first and drank 20 ounces of water before I went to the theatre and took a water bottle with me and it helped me feel too full to eat any popcorn. Hope this helps!
