I'm getting addicted to exercise.

I am CRAVING my long long walks every single night.

I am PUSHING my body faster and faster and getting my heart and blood pumping.

I am HIGH on endorphins when I get home.

I SLEEP like a log :)

This... is a fricken miracle I tell ya ;)

It's only 10 here ;) I'm a west coast girl ;)

Yah it's pretty exciting to me! I've pushed myself to just DO IT for the last 8 months but I'm finally ENJOYING it! Wanting to do it instead of just doing it because I have to. It's huge for me :)

Me too!! I have been going to the gym every day. It is so excilaratng!! If I miss a day, I am miserable and depressed. I just wish I hadnt waited so long to go.

Is it not just the best feeling ever?! Like you I to seem to crave it more and more everyday. I was sick with a bad flue the past few days and today was the first day in 3 that I could workout. I was going nuts without it and today I did my usual 1.5 hour walk and it was EXHILARATING!

Yay us!

wow.. reading that def inspired me.. im not in the most beginning stage of exercise but I am still near the very beginning.. i hope to reach all of ur levels soon where i crave it and will get up and do it!

P.S. I don't want you to think that because we enjoy hearing about all your wonderful accomplishments, that that means that you can't tell us about the inevitable rough patches as well. I with you on the craving to exercise feeling and how good it makes you feel to push yourself. I just got home a bit ago from doing an hour and 10 minutes of cardio. Wow do my feet ache, but in a really good way. :D

Tracy--I don't think the endorphins really have enough time to kick in after only ten minutes: can you try 20? If ten is all you can do, though, then do that! Something is always better than nothing!

Two and a half months in and I'm only halfway loving it -- thank you for letting me know it took eight months for it to really hook you.

And congrats on being hooked. Definite sign a lifestyle change has taken place.

Oh yes. I HATED exercise and focussed on getting my eating down before I started anything. I started slow, 10-20 minutes walks and gentle yoga. I only ramped it up a couple of months ago and now in the past week I'm up to 3-4 mile walks!!! It's much awesome NOW and it sucked back then ;) There is hope for you.

I'm with ya! Isn't it an amazing feeling!!?!?!?!??!

I had an incredibly long day at work followed by a business dinner that lasted until 8pm. Everyone was ready to go to their home/hotel and crash. They couldn't believe I was going to the gym. I just couldn't finish my day w/o it. Granted I didn't get in my entire workout, but I put in 60 minutes at the gym. Now I'm home and feeling great!

Keep is up girly! :high:

Kinda funny how that happens. I'm a former exercise hater as well. I'm addicted to triathlons now heh!

I know!! I missed exercising all weekend when I was on vacation, and I have to skip again today because I have a long list of errands I HAVE to run...and I hate it! Sucks! Need me exercise!!

This is awesome! Exercise does feel pretty good after doing it for awhile. I do love the feeling you get after a good workout! Good for you!!

I thought of this post last night while walking. It had just got done raining and it was getting to where the sun was going down. I was listening to music(michael jackson, whom I love!) and was having such a wonderful walk! I loved it! Then I ended up running some as well. I too am beginning to push myself farther and harder and it feels so good once I get warmed up and the blood starts flowing! It really does!

:carrot:I know exactly how you feel! It amazes me to think that just a short time ago it hurt my back so bad to exercise and now it is not a problem! You do get to were you crave it! Way to go!

cfmama-It amazes me even though you are having gallbladder woes, you are staying focused on your goal. That truly is something to be proud of, nothing is going to get in your way.

Thanks Institches! I was very insistent that NOTHING would sway me from being on plan. Gall bladder... no problem ;) And though I've had ups and downs due to multiple hospital stays and tons of IV's and constipating drugs I have NOT let it get me down... or at least for long ;)
