its scorchio today and has been all weekend not sleeping, not eating properly as it too hot for cooked food and i'm basically feeling full all the time from the amount of fluid i'm getting through. basically i'm suffereing badly in the heat im drinking so much i'm always on the run to the WC and i'm showering 3-4 times a day to cool down.
lol, I just got back from my vacation in the USA where it was 23C+ everyday! Even when it was raining/storming!
I'm coping ok with the heat, but do miss the air conditioning in my parent's house in the USA.
I've been drinking around 2-3 litres of water everyday since I got back. I've been avoiding hot food like the plague, but still here I am, craving a chippy. Ugh.
Yes it has been so hot this past week and i'm loving it (hopefully this means a long hot summer) but today is one **** of a scorcher. I took my dog out earlier and the sun practically baked me but I really do love getting some good hot weather for a change. My arms are really getting tanned! I love sitting outside with a book and a cold drink of water and lemon and just soaking up the sun.
