I'm feeling pretty good about that! Though I started calorie counting two weeks ago, i feel this was my first full week. I'm feeling pretty proud that things are working out. I just have to get my exercise back in the schedule here. There have been lot's of ups and downs since I started back in November but I'm finally seeing some results.

And just in case no one saw the picture I posted in another thread of my boys and the vest I was working on. I made my oldest son's as well and we borrowed one for the little guy.

Those vests are really neat! What was the occasion? Or did you make them just for fun? Your boys are precious, btw.

Congrats on your first week on plan!

Great accomplishment on staying on plan.

Your boys are absolutely precious.

I am so completely jealous of those beautiful trees and that nice porch.

That's FABULOUS!!!! You did it. You stuck with it. And to boot through a particularly hectic time. All right now, now you KNOW you can do it. That's it my friend. No turning back. You are well on your way. Take confidence that you DID indeed do it. And know that you can get through just about anything - plan - in - tact.

Oh and you got a bunch of cuties there. So adorable.

Very handsome young men -- makes me wonder why I stopped at two :D (oh yeah, my youngest is my "if you were first, you would be an only child" kid :dizzy:).

You accomplished a lot making it through your first week -- you should be VERY proud of yourself! Keep up the good work.

Thay all keep me hopping! But yes, the middle one is a bigger handful right now since he's talking a lot (he has apraxia and the last year and a half he's gone from barely talking to non-stop talking) and at that age with a lot of questions. He's four and startst kindergarten in the fall.

Congrats on your first week on plan!

Mickey graduated from Headstart (it's a preschool program for First Nation children), it's run out of his daycare. My oldest was in it as well. Mickey's the only one who looks like me though and even looks First Nations.

Thanks everyone! Right now my plan is just to stay with in my calorie range and next up is weekly meal plans, I'm not sure when I'll impliment that yet but soon. I'm feeling really great about it!

Donna - your son sounds like my oldest -- he has dyspraxia. He stopped talking at about 1 1/2 and by the time he was four his therapist had him talking again -- I was jokingly wondering why I ever complained that he stopped!! :D

Enjoy them, they are awesome and one of the best reasons to take care of ourselves

Congratulations on your progress!! Woohoooo!!!

As for getting the motivation to exercise, you might wanna try out this challenge thing that some of us 3FC'ers are doing! (I started a website for it: www.w8challenge.com) It's really made a difference for me, getting me motivated to get out there and get moving! It's free - and anyway, you (and anyone else too!) are certainly welcome to join us!
