My goal is 8 lbs for JUNE!
My start weight June 1 is 211.2
Lost 3.6lbs in April!
gained 2lbs in May!:mad:
Getting back to p1!


6/7- 204.6 Started eating only whole foods this month :)

My weigh-in is Monday and my goal is to lose 5 pounds in June/
June 1 - weight is 195 - down 5 last month
June 8 - 196 - pizza will do it!
June 15 - 196 - plateau the past week
June 22 - 196 - not looking good

My goal is 8 lbs. Really, in my heart, it's 10, but I have to be/stay realistic. LOL

June 1st: 181.5
June 6th: 178.5 (my regular weigh-in is on Saturdays) (OUTTA THE 180'S FOREVER!!!!)
June 13th: 174.5 (two month mark; 23 lb. lost! :) )
June 20th: 174.5 (went to a wedding last Sat...spent the rest of the week working it off)

June 30th: 170.0 (down 11.5 lbs!!!!) And I've had steak for dinner 2 of the 3 nights since my Sat. 6/27 weigh-in. God bless SB!

We have a weight loss challenge at work and weigh in is every Wednesday. The organizers do it by % of weigh lost and they put it on a spread sheet.

I just found this thread, I'm a little late for all of June, but better late than never. Hoping to lose 5 lbs for next week. I just started phase 1, no carbs should speed up the process a bit.

SO FAR SO GOOD! However, I don't think I will reach 129... I haven't lost any more weight since Sunday... usually I would have lost another pound by now. But doing WELL!!!:carrot:
