Hey! new!
Hi, I just found this site while looking for an average calories burnt waitressing on google. It seems awesome, I have some extra poundage and some love handles I'm sick of.. I'm comfortable with my body just know it could be so much better!
I've recently discovered the awesomeness of oatmeal smoothies, since I hate hate regular hot oatmeal with a passion, I'm going to see how much weight I can lose w/ these. I'm trying to eat oatmeal every day anyway, my dad got told he has high cholesterol so I made a deal with him that if he ate oatmeal I would too lol.
I'm a vegetarian, trying to find the balance between being veg and cutting out a lot of dairy etc, I dont know if I can make the step to be vegan just yet.
