I am not really new to weight watchers but I am interested in doing the core plan. I understand the simply filling food list, weekely allowance points etc.
but my question is? If we are to eat until satisfied and on a scale of 0 to 5 with 0 being hungry and 5 being full. How do you measure being satisfied and stop eating? Do you eat a normal portion then stop and wait?

I am not sure I can tell when I am satisfied..but I know when I am full

I'm so not sure! I never did the Core program and now the Core and Flex program have been merged into one. The question you have is apparently the reason why the Core program was ceased, according to my leader. People were apparently overeating and not getting the results they wanted because of the difficulty of personally assessing the 2-3-4 part of the scale -- they were hungry (0) and ate to full (5), and the 2-3-4 was hard to define.
