Default 10% of body weight lost!
As of this morning, I am at 262 pounds, down 31 pounds from when I started at 293. Yesterday I was 265, so I am officially down 10% of my body weight!

Not only that, but FitDay tells me that I am now classified as obese, instead of extremely obese. Passed from 40.29 yesterday to 39.84 this morning.

thats awesome, good for you, i can't wait to get out of the obese BMI, that will be nice, it's my next goal actually of 185 and then i will just be overweight... oh will the day of normality come?? yes it will!!! keep going!!
