If you don't want to get on the scale why not a goal to be a certain size? I'm just wondering...how will you know when you've lost 20 pounds?
One thing I hate about Fitday is the calories it claims I burn just by living seem really high (I think I have myself set at comotose and that seems about right
). But your 1400 calories is probably a good place to start. So - YAY you!!
