Day one once again...but I am "determined" so that is something new...just back from a one hour walk...have been exercising quite a while (bike riding) love it, makes me feel like a teenager, anyway, haven't been good with calorie intake, carb reduction (have most trouble with carbs )- I love them....they love my hips! Anyone in similar situation I need all the help I can get have about 35 lbs to lose. Have been looking at recipes - they look great. Look forward to getting to know you all.
