Day one once again...but I am "determined" so that is something new...just back from a one hour walk...have been exercising quite a while (bike riding) love it, makes me feel like a teenager, anyway, haven't been good with calorie intake, carb reduction (have most trouble with carbs )- I love them....they love my hips! Anyone in similar situation I need all the help I can get have about 35 lbs to lose. Have been looking at recipes - they look great. Look forward to getting to know you all.

Lot's of folks like to participate in threads that pertain to their eating style or exercise program or age group. Have you done some more reading? You really can start by just posting wherever you feel like it. Soon you'll find a niche.
