I think that, if you work the Medifast program, it will work for you. As you know, the first three days are a bit tough, but once ketosis is in play, it becomes easier. I am planning a different strategy for keeping off the weight, and that is, to join WW for the last 10#, and then follow their maintenance plan. Medifast seems to want people to stay on their products, although using less of them. I will look forward to learning how to eat regular food and maintain my weight, via a point system, which seems more realistic than staying on Medifast products as outlined in their transition and maintenance programs.
