I would suggest "Walk Away the Pounds" series of exercise DVD's by Leslie Sansone. They range from basic beginning to intermediate. If you have a DVD or VCR and a pair of sneakers you are all set!

I've done them quite a bit and thoroughly enjoy them.

Yep--another vote for the walking videos. You can get them on Free On Demand on your cable box--check their first before you purchase.

You can check out Leslie here and see if you'll like that type of workout : http://www.exercisetv.tv/startwalking/

I really like the biggest loser dvds. It's one series I found that I can actually do that doesn't have any complicated dance moves, people who are way to buff, etc. I feel like I'm just working out with friends and our trainer(s)...and we all have the same goal.

Jullian, despite how she may look on the show, is really supportive and wants you to succeed.

Hi,
Personally I like Richard Simmons good ole Sweatin with the Oldies DVDs. If you are a member of Netflix they have quite a few exercise dvds on there you can try before you buy. I am not sure Richard's dvds are on there but there is quite a selection.
Whatever you pic make certain that it is fun for you, so you do not mind doing them.
Have fun
Candy
