I've finally discovered how to make tuna fish taste the way I like it. But then I started thinking... MERCURY. How much tuna fish is safe for me to eat? Should I be concerned with that?

I'm wondering the same because I'm a pescatarian (I only eat seafood, no meat) and I eat seafood quite frequently.

Yeah, I love tuna myself, but largely stopped eating it due to the mercury content :(
