Default yoad:vegetarian
I am wanting to go back on YOAD, but I became a vegetarian last June. Is it still possible to do this diet?

I don't see why not - have you taken a look at the YOAD info at RealAge.com? I can check in my book to see what they say about being vegetarian, but I'm sure that site would have some info addressing your question as well.
