So, anyone tried this yet? I have her 30 day shred and basically, not losing weight just noticed a difference on the tape measure a bit. Tried it once for 30 days and then slacked off and did other dvd's and my bike and now trying it again. Just watching what I am eating and trying to workout at least 4 times a week. I want to lose 10 pounds but it seems whatever I try, I can't. Don't laugh...really, I think my body wants to stay around the 130 mark and I am 5'1" tall. : (
Thank God...I am healthy and no issues so wonder if I really need to lose the 10. I am almost 41 (within a couple weeks) so what do you think? I have just recently tried the South Beach way of eating but actually, I eat pretty dang closely to what is on the diet. I ordered the latest book and the recipe book as well. The low carb thing, well, I think you just gain it back. I can have just 20 there and WW, just 18 points. So, I am thinking just go back to the 1200 calorie a day and workout more???
