I'm totally in, even though I think TOM is lurking. right before valentines day. crappity crap crap! I made dh promise not to get me chocolate. I may recant that desire yet this week. But I did tell him he could cook for me
I'm in! I've been OP for three weeks in a row, and it is definitely showing! I want to keep up that trend!
Monday: 23 WW pts. (used my last 3 weekly pts.--stayed OP for this week, start off a new week tomorrow)

I had a great time last week away with my friends and did pretty good considering I had to rely on restaurants and arena food for a week. We did tons of walking around the concourse during breaks and whatnot. But now it's back to my normal routine!!
Goal: 1500 calories, 80 oz. of water, 4 days of gym
Monday: 1568 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 1
Tuesday: 1550 calories, 80 oz of water, gym day 2
Wednesday: 1589 calories, 88 oz of water, gym day 3
Thursday: 1745 calories, 80 oz. of water, no gym but still went for a walk and rode the bike
Friday: 1445 calories, 96 oz. of water, gym day 4
I am in this week too!! Last week I did great and I want to keep it up this week!!
Goals: 1600-1800 cals, 65 oz water and workout 4x.
Monday: 1557 cals, 60 oz water and no workout.
Tuesday: 1834 cals, 75 oz water, 65 min workout and 20 min swim.
Wednesday: 1794 cals, 70 oz water and 60 min workout, 20 min swim.
Thursday: 2023 cals , 90 oz water and 30 mins of HIIT on the bike!
Friday: 1543 cals, 65 oz water and not workout.
By the end of last week and this weekend I did so terribly! My goals for this week: Get up 3 days in the morning to work out, eat around 1500 cals/day.

How did everyone do today?? I thought I was going to die because I felt so hungry all day, but I came in under...LOL go figure! And I was down another .6 today for a total of 181.0. I'm hoping I will be down to 180.0 or 179.9 tomorrow!! Fingers crossed!
I did well today. Monday is my last day of the week for WW, as I weigh in on Tuesdays, so I always freak out and want to sabotage myself for some reason. But I didn't! This is amazing because I have been in WW since July, but only lost 8 pounds that entire time because I was constantly going off plan. This last month that I have stayed OP, I have lost weight so much more rapidly. I'm stoked!
Good job, peatrix!! Glad you are losing quickly! That always gives you more motivation to keep going.
Doing good today! Was down another .2 but that means I'm at 180 so it was a big deal!! Just had some subway for lunch, and I'm gonna go to the gym in a bit.
Things are going good for me today. I ate OP, I had a cookie but I figured it into my plan so I am not over. Me and my BFF went to the gym together and worked out for an hour and swam for half an hour!!
