Hi everyone. My name is Joyce. I'm finally recommitting to my weight loss and starting over doing LAWL on my own. I lost 45 lbs last year when I started it after new years. I kind of fell off the wagon though and now need to get back on. I did come here a little last year but wasn't really too chatty. I'd like to really get to know you guys better because I definitely need the support to do this. I have 100 lbs to lose so it's going to take a lot of work. Hopefully, in return, I'll be able to support and help motivate you too.
Joyce, Welcome, or welcome back! You have the ability to change your life, just take it one day at a time, or even one moment at a time. You've already managed to lose and not gain back 20 pounds. That is a victory. If you work at it, you can add other victories to that one.
Heatherphil- What else would you like to know. I'm married and have 2 boys. One is 14 and the other is almost 2. Feel free to ask anything you'd like to know.
Barbara- Thank you. I do consider it a victory. I also consider it a huge victory that I caught myself and am getting back to it before I do gain it all back. I'm so ready to get back to losing.
