Hi Angelgirl..
I read your "profile" and notice you had gallbladder surgery. I had it done the "old fashion" way when I was 17 .. I will be 32 next week. How are you feeling? I understand about things "running through you" - I still have to watch it. Certain foods I have to really watch. ie. fried eggs, french fries... the nice thing is that one your diet you should limit these foods anyhow.
I am much more "regular" when I stick to the diet - now that's an incentive..
