I've gotten to the point where I can actually run a mile, so I've been doing it at least 3 or 4 times every week. Today I wanted to use my moms heart monitor and I was surprised I burned 133 calories at the end of one mile, and my heart rate was at like 192 sometimes, thats too high right?
Anyway, my question is how do you ladies run all the time? I feel great now after running, and Im glad I did it, but once I get to the last stretch of my run I keep thinking "i cant wait for this to be over i cant wait for this to be over." I keep wanting to add on more miles, like I would like to run 1 1/2 miles, but I can barely even run ONE mile!!!
On a side note, I've been doing 8 minute buns lately and I was at my boyfriends house and he was like "LOOK AT YOUR *** IT LOOKS SO NICE WHAT ARE YOU DOING" hehe a little motivation!!!! (Sorry if that was too personal, but it really motivated me!!!)
