went for a run. It was like 40 degrees and felt wonderful and when I got home from work hubby and the girls were at his mom's house. I told him I was doing a video and I'd be right there. While I was doing BL Boot Camp I got a brilliant idea. I'd walk to my MIL's. So, I did it for 30 mins (level 1 and some of 2) and then I got my ipod on and went out. When I got outside Seether's gasoline was on and I just had to run! I ran 2 blocks and walked 1. Then I ran 2 more and walked 1. I ran the last one and a half and felt amazing. My inner thighs are burning more than ever now but I feel great. I know my weight is not going to be pleasant in the morning but I'm sure it's my muscles. Next week WILL be different. I will soon see the 160s.
