Default Less of a Belly (Fat)!
I did see something VERY sweet in the mirror when stripping down for a shower today.

I’ve been afraid for quite awhile that I’d have to consider some cosmetic surgery some time after I get to my target weight (and maintain it) since I predictably have sagging skin over my body (the belly and arms are real annoyances!). It’s expected if you’re 182 lbs overweight to begin with and I still might have to in the end. (FYI, I've lost 112 lbs to date).

But suspend reality for a moment… the saggy belly is shrinking! I can see clearly that the ridiculous flab is shrinking! YAHOO!!!

Yeah there's hope!! I have only lost 48 lbs and still have 57 to go but the turkey necks under my arms are nasty! I keep thinking I'll hurt somebody if they get to close! LOL!

Congrats! That takes a lot of hard work and you're doing it!!!

That's great! I've really worried about my lower stomach. Two babies, one of which was really large, and 20 years of obesity wreaked havoc on it. It is finally shrinking up. It still looks strange, but not as bad. When I have underwear on it isn't very noticeable. I'm thinking that it is definitely worth it to get to goal weight and maintain for a while and see what happens before doing anything drastic.
