Hello!
I joined about a week ago but just found time to log in and cruise. I have tried every fad diet out there with no luck. I just love to eat - period. I've been sitting in the 175-180 zone for about 2 years now with no luck. When I did Nutrisystem, I GAINED weight! So disappointing. So now I am trying the old fashioned route - eating sensibly (not a lot of carbs either) and getting in cardio for an hour or more a day. I think I might start calorie counting just to make sure I am not hurting my body.
My doctor also had me get blood work done for a Hypothyroid. He said my weight fluxuation is not normal for a 26 year old so we'll see. I don't want to blame my weight on that but it would make me feel a little better. Then I can just take something for it and continue.
I would love some friends! haha I always do better when I have support and people to report to. Let me know if anyone out there is in my position! Anyone with the hypothyroid? And diet tips!! Thanks!
