I've decided that each month I'm setting a mini goal that should be able to reach. I think its reasonable to lose 8 lbs each month. I've already lost 5 lbs and this month isn't even over yet I can' wait to see if I hit my mini goal at the end of this month.

Good luck! I know 8 pounds a month was never something I could sustain, but I hit it a couple times.

My minigoal for this month is also 8 lbs, and as of this morning I've lost 5. Good luck to both of us!

1200-1500 to calories a day. I eat alot of fruits, veggies, and protein. I exercise 5x's a week Mon-Fri. 30 mins-1 hr a day.
