Default 3lbs gone in one week

Hi im new, i just started a new diet last week which consist of eating 100 calories of healthy snacks every two hours with one decent meal. i am not hungry and so far i have lost 3lbs in one week. i have 27 more lbs to go. i do mini light weight resistance workouts here and there like yoga and resitance bands. I plan to lose 27 more pounds by april 5th.. this looks like a great site and i look forward to meeting new friends.
