Hello everyone! Like the title says, im new to the site, but not to weight loss. My whole life ive struggled with my weight. Hitting extreme lows and extreme highs. Right now I'm 214 pounds. I started Weight Watchers Monday and I weighted in at 217 pounds. My goal weight is 110 pounds. I hope to accomplish that in a year. I exercise a few times a week at the gym. My mother is also on WW with me and exercising
I'll take any advice I can get. Thanks!
