Well guys this is the 2nd in our little threads... i want us to stay accountable for the following week.
2nd January until 9th January
I sure as **** need this as i have gone way off the wagon this holiday and i dont even want to weigh in right now, i will NOT weigh in until the 9th. Damage control central over here!
i am sticking with my abs diet guidelines but deciding what i want to do for exercise...i love the results i have had with just 14 days of the shred. i think i am going to start c25k and womens health magazines ultimate fitness plan 2009...i will figure it out today meanwhile i am going to a workout class tonight.
ladies who are recommitting! come right in and introduce yourselves share some goals and a little bit about you! we are all about being recommitting for the LAST time!
Wow, do I ever need this thread! I had a lot of stuff happen in the past two months... had to pass my graduate exams so I could get my Masters degree, my granddad died, family drama, etc... but I am back and recommitting once again!
I may be coming in on this half way through, but any time is the right time right?
I've very much whole heartedly recommitted. My journal is all set with my new goal dates and blank entries for the days ahead. My eating is clockwork and water intake is excellent. And I've booked (both in my day timer and mentally) an hour after work to hit the treadmill where i'll be re-starting the C25K.
I'm excited to see what the beginning of my efforts look like for this friday!
OMG, Fat Pants, Chipotle is at least 20lbs of me! Their food is amazing, but so calor-ific. I need to learn to make some awesome lo-cal latin food, I've got the mild salsa down, but that's all I can make. One opened by my work, I used to get it only when I was in Frederick, MD.
Kellibee, Chipotle is the bane of my existence! I never realized their burritos are in the 1,000 calorie range, and that's on the light end. I live in Colorado where they were originally started so they are everywhere!!
It is SO good though. I allow myself to have it once a month.
I didn't see this until now. I'm recommited. I've been doing great for the most part.
I've mad sure I've had at least 64oz of water each day.
I've done Turbo Jam everyday since the 3rd.
I haven't had anything as far as sweet since the 4th. (Which is a big deal beings the breakroom here is cookie, candy, pop central.
I'm not going to allow myself a soda until Fridays now either. I drink caff. free dt coke so it's not that big of a deal but I've heard so much about it lately I'm just going to use it as a treat every now and then.
Lynsey, that's a great idea. I love soda (not the diet, the real stuff!) and have had a hard time giving it up. I think not having it during the week and allowing myself one on Fridays is a nice little treat! Good idea!
