Just pick any of the threads that are within your age group. All will welcome you!

Welcome! You will find alot of support here. Feel free to ask any questions, you will get some great answers.

Hi Sherry you can join in and start posting with any group here at 3FC that you would like to. You can post on just one board or as many as you like.
Go and read some of the different places on 3FC and then when you find a place you would like to "join", just click on "POST REPLY" and that's all there is to it.

Dear Sherrie;
Im a newbie 2 and just wanted to welcome you to the group!!
I joined weight watchers back in february and have lost 26 pounds. Yeah!!! but for some reason the last 5 keep coming back over the last month. I think that since I got my hysterectomy done on this past monday that that might help me with my cravings for sweets and such!!! I hope so!
Anyway, good luck in whatever diet you decide on trying!! We all need extra help now and then we CANT DO IT ALONE!!!!
