Default Back from vacation....3 lbs

Well I did not do too bad with my vacation to Japan. I only gained 3 lbs. which I was pretty scared that it was going to be more when I got on the scale this morning. Considering I ate Kitaen (conveyor belt) Sushi three times and had my sister in laws cooking every night....I thought I was going to see much worse by the scale. We did some walking every day but not a lot...so I am pretty pleased over all.

I am happy to be back and into my routine. I will start using the gym here in my apartment building by tomorrow. I am going to try to walk for 30 minutes using the interval style of walking for 21 days and then add other stuff gradually. I am also going to eat 1800-2000 calories a days but making clean choices.

Hope all is well with everyone.

Basically to me it means to eat whole foods, good carbs and high fiber and staying away from the junk..... (I like to cheeto wrestle every now and then...and unfortunately I usually win the match!)
