I tried on some jeans, and I fit my butt into size 7s! And they weren't even tight! So I tried on 7's from like, every store - all but 2 brands fit, it was a great feeling! Down 2 pants sizes
YAY! Today, I purchased my first pair of size 7 jeans. I never thought this day would come, size 7 has always been my goal. But -my body isn't what I want it to be. I'm fine with the number, pant size and weight... but my body isn't right. I need to tone up - any tips?
Here's current semi-before and after. First pic is from august, at 135. Last ones are from November, around 125. I can see it a little.... I think my butt got smaller. I really need to tone up.
Grats on dropping a pants size! It's such a great feeling
About toning up: I think your body is beautiful. If you think you can make it even prettier, go for it. But don't put yourself under too much stress for a perceived goal that may be hard or impossible to reach. Some women don't tone up very much; it's just the way they're built.
Garstar - way to go! You look awesome! I hope to be in single digit sizes some day and you are a great inspiration. I know you were asking for ideas for toning, have you thought about the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred? I have TRICEPS thanks to that video and great definition under all my fat... haha. But all it takes is weights and a floor mat/or carpeted floor. 30 minutes a day. Check out the thread where everyone is talking about it, loads of people have gotten great toning results from it.
OMG, wow, you look freakin' amazing, girl!! Seriously, I am very impressed... You are tiiiny. I guess you're the only one who can determine whether or not you feel comfortable with the state of your body, heh, but you should know that we all think you look AWESOME!
I just recently found out that I dropped a size, too (I'm a 12, YAY!), and it does feel totally spectacular, doesn't it? Though I can't even imagine what it would be like to wear a single-digit size! Maybe someday, heh. But anyways, this is all about YOU, so congrats again!! You are doing amazingly! Keep up the good work.
