Default A really big deal for me..and THANKS

Hi all,

Well, I've posted a few threads about having trouble getting started and so I mess up at lunch or have a bad night and it turns into a binge or if I mess up early in the day then I have an excuse to let the whole day be a waste, BUT... I was out of town for a few days, didn't do the greatest or worst and then back home yesterday I got hungry last night around 8. Normally I would just find some food and finish the day, vowing the next would be a new start. But, I didn't. I pushed through, didn't eat and drank some tea, went to bed. Today, I had a great day. It's 10:15 and I know I could eat, the habit, ya know, but I'm making it!! Who knows, maybe I am having my moment. I plan on weighing in Thursday morning BEFORE turkey time. Thanks for the nice words and inspiration.

Andrea

One thing that helps me is remembering that unlike money I get "paid" in calories every morning and can spend them however I want. So if I run out of calories today all I have to do is wait until tomorrow!

Good job - remember that your overall success is just a series of mini-successes like you had yesterday.

Awesome!

Sometimes the beginning of this journey is tough, but once you get rolling it really does get easier.
