Talking I'm new here... first mini!!
Yesturday I joined this sight and today I reached my first mini goal. All at the same time!!!I have lost 15 let me say it again15 pounds!! I am very proud of myself. I know it's not much, since I have 76 to go, but hey I only have one chin Now. I hope to find some friends here, because I am having to do this all alone. I was on a low carb diet but couldn't take it anymore. So I started WW flex (ALONE) two days ago. The plan was given to me and I don't have all the info I need about it. I have alot of problems with my back (due to accident) and can't exercise at this time. So I could use a weight loss buddy who has the same plan and BUNCHES of weight to loose. I'll Be here searching the site.
