Its been a rough few months away and ive been trying various methods to weight loss. Ive managed to come back to something i tailored to my own body a couple of years ago which really helped me and i lost a lot of weight, had more energy and less bloating.
Im pretty certain i have a wheat intolerance and im finally losing weight now ive cut it out enitrely!

Hi and welcome! I believe Jelbb doesn't eat wheat any more either. Maybe you two can exchange recipes or something like that . I believe I've seen some of your old posts in Alternachicks, is that possible?
We don't have that much Alternachicks challenges going on, sadly. We have a Winter Solstice / Yule challenge at the moment and that's about it . I think you can still step in if you want; it started at the beginning of november so it has a quite long running time.
