Lets get moving Red Team...list your chores and earn your allowance!
New this week? Well here is how you do it!
1. Make a list of "chores" one "chore" for each day of the week, starting on Monday (11/17 - 11/23)
Here is an example of your chore list-
Monday - 30 minute walk
Tuesday - Last chance workout during TBL commercials
Wednesday - 45 minutes yoga
Thursday - 15 minutes on the elliptical
Friday - walk somewhere instead of driving
Saturday - weights
Sunday - Workout DVD
2. At the end of the week, when you've completed all your "chores" you will have earned your allowance. If you can make it through the week, you need to take go buy yourself something, doesn't have to be anything major just SOMETHING! A new book, a starbucks coffee, a new toe nail polish, a nice candle, a flower...you get the idea.

Allowance - I've decided to make this a bit more challenging. I've been wanting to get the Hobbit & LOTR unabridged audiobooks, so I'm going to be earning them each week. One week for each book, but I have to have earned all four of them before I can get them. So I'll need to stay on track for 4 weeks (though I will not hold myself to consecutive weeks). This week I'm trying for The Hobbit.

Okay. so I make number 4. Well I am doing this for me.
Monday- BL Cardio Max Done
Tuesday- Jillian Level 2 and 1 mile jog Changed it up and did 30 min. of kickboxing, plus jogged 1 mile
Wed. -- BL Cardio Max Workout buddy was sick so I did WATP 45 min.
Thursday- Jillian Level 2 and 1 mile jog 15 min. 15 min. Kim's kickboxing and 30 Min. BL Cardio Max
Friday- BL Cardio Max- Didn't make it. Went to a play.
Sat.- WATP 45 min. 25 min. BL Cardio 15 min WATP
Sunday- WATP 45 min. 45 min. WATP
Allowance- All I ask for my allowance is a few pounds off this stubborn body. That will be reward enough.
Modcat's CHORES: (starting on Tuesday b/c did nothing yesterday after long day at work and meeting afterwards.)
Tuesday--1 mile run in AM, swim class 90 min. in PM DONE!
Wednesday--90 minutes gym, strength training and treadmill Done
Thursday--swim 1 hour (changed to general gym 1 hour) Done!
Friday--90 minutes gym (changed to 1 hour yoga) Done!
Saturday--5K practice outside run (changed to 5K--40 minutes, plus about 30 minutes weight training) Done!!
Sunday--90 min. swim class DONE!
Monday--general gym, strength training (actually, supposed to meet a gf after work--so change this to a walk around the neighborhood when I get home....)
