Had to share again, with better pictures. Started this journey in April with running and eating little carbs and around 1200 cals a day. My biggest tip is carrying a small notebook with you and writing each and every thing you eat in a day, and drinking 64 oz of water before going to sleep each night! Yes you'll have to wake up in the middle of the night to pee but when weighing myself each morning the drop is so drastic! Water is a big answer to quick and true weight loss.
