OK, doing my measurements now, before I start on breakfast, or get the kids here, and forget...


bust: 52" down a whopping 4" from last full set of measurments...

waist: 43" down 1" from 2-3 weeks ago 3" from last full set

upper arms: 20" both sides.. I don't remember the last measurement on em.. but I think that's down 1" my arms are my super problem area

hips: 53 1/2" down 2 1/2" from last full set

hehe, I'll have to get my leg ones later, my kiddies will be here any minute....

as of 4/16/02 (I measure every 2 weeks)
Bust - 50.5" (down .5)
waist - 48" (down 2)
hips/butt - 51" (down 2)
thighs - 27"
calves - 16.5"
arms - 15" (down 1.5)
neck 16.5" (down 1)

This is what I was looking for. I was going to post something like this as well.

I just wish I could say that I went down in everything but I'm going to be honest.

I weighed in at 279 (down 1 lb.)

Chest = 49in. (same)

Arms = 16.5in. (down .5 in.)

Waist = 43.5in. (down .5 in.)

Abs = 57.5 in. (up 1 in.)

Hips = 57 in. ( up .5 in.)

Thighs = 27.5in. ( up 1 in.)

Calves = 18 ( no change )

Once a month I get the trainer at my gym to measure me and weigh me. These measurments are done by her. I am going to measure myself once a week just to keep on track. I'll post both of them here. Thanks for the encouragement. This is really going to help.

I have seen this on other groups sites and I thought that I would never post my measurements with these people who only need to lose a few pounds!! I will measure and report my info tonight or tommorow.

Ok Since I actually found my waist last night, ignore the waist measurement from before, because it was really my stomach


Upper Arm: 15"
Neck: 16" (down .5")
Bust: 49.5" (down 1")
Waist: 42.5"
Abdomen: 48"
Thigh: 27"
Hips/Butt: 50.5" (down .5")
Calf: 16.5"

Ok here it is...

Chest- 51
waist-46
hips-52 1/2
thigh-29
calf-18
neck-17
ankle-9
upper arm-16

I wish I kept the paper with my beginning stats. I am pretty sure it was 53 hips, 48 waist. I have gone down 2-3 inches in both areas.

Ok, just wante to bring this one back up and I just measured myself so I'll give you the changes. The only thing i'm not going to measure is the arms, I can't get an accurate measurement.

So here goes with the change:

Bust -1inch

Waist -.5 inch

Abdominal -1 inch

Hips -1.25 inch

Thigh -.5 inch

That gives me a total body loss of 4.25 inches in one week. At this rate, I'll soon look good, lol.

Ok so there it is. I'm SSSOOO happy!!!! Now this is me measuring myself and not the trainer measuring me so I'm not sure how accurate I am, but I'm still happy.

So now it's everyone elses turn. Lets see how many inches we can loose as a group.
