OK. It was time. I haven't been able to make the scale drop. I had to do something. So I joined Weight Watchers to help me get some motivation and maybe change my diet to a healthier one. I had been eating whatever I wanted but only a little bit of it. And exercising. Now it is time for some professional help and diet help too...
Now here comes the surprising part. This is my first week and I haven't counted points or kept my journal. I am in diet rebellion and need help fast. I'm going to spend some time on here and read some good motivational stories. You guys are the best at that.
I hope to start losing again and get off this dang plateau. Now if only I could motivate myself to get up and cook supper!
