Hi everyone,
I'm new to any type of forum but I've just found this one and hope the support will help me to finally reach my goal. I'm 53 (almost) and have had type 2 diabetes for awhile and have never really lost any substantial amount of weight. I've been a longtime member of WW - and have never followed their plan religiously, I guess I'm lazy. I'm continuing to go though to have my weight measured and to have some accountability.
I've always been a sweets lover (candy/ice cream mainly) and have decided to go cold turkey on sweets beginning tomorrow.
My short-term goal is to lose 5 pounds - any support is appreciated. Oh, could you tell me please how to make the weight loss counter like I see on your posts?
