I read the book just after I read SBD. They are similar (both low carbs). I do my diet in between both books. It works well for me.
One thing didn’t work with Somersize was that I was incorporating too many fat in my diet and that was making me gain weight. So, be careful there.
But what she says about fruits is awesome and works for me!!
I would definitely recommend the book. Even if you don’t follow the diet, at least it gives you nice tips to change your eating habits for life.
Ah. One thing I didn't like in the book is that Suzanne promotes herself too much on it.
