Well, yesterday wasn't too bad....Today I have a sinus headache so hopefully I don't try to medicate with food.

L - Pork Tenderloin; sweet potato spears; green beans

D - squash soup; potato roll (2 pts)
planned AP - Walk with Mom 45-60 min [-3pts]
daily WPA - 2 - 3 = -1 since you can't carry over AP that would mean 0
Weekly WPA - 11/35 (again not counting Monday)
Steph - wine is 2 pts for 2 oz (although someone else mentioned that according to WW e-tools calculator after the first each glass is 1.5 pts) so depending on the size of your glass...3 glasses would be 5-6 pts.
