I'm back for the 2nd time since I had my daughter. Sitting at the same exact weight I was at at my 6 weeks PostPartum appointment nearly 6 months ago. In 2006 I lost 80 lbs so I know I'm capable of this! I had a small glimpse of my goal weight that was quickly shattered with a positive pregnancy test.

I'm here again. I am engaged in this effort. I can do this! Enough excuses.

We are here for you and you are right you can do it again!! we alll have been in some kind of weight loss/gain cycle the trick is breaking the cycle to stay healthy for life. I hope to see you around some more and learn more about you. congrats on the baby though (but boy does the pregnancy reek havoc on your body!!)

You can do it! I am in a similar situation - lost weight fairly easily after the first 2 kids, but now 15 months after baby #3, I'm big time struggling to take off those last 20 pounds. So, join me and let's succeed together!

Well, you have taken the first step in concurring your weight loss... you have found your way back to 3FC. You can do this!! We will be with you every step of the way. Just be sure to check in often. I find that whenever I am fighting the urge to eat something at work, I jump on 3FC and in no time, I have passed some time and passed the urged!!!

Congrats on coming back.. there are tons of reasons to be motivated .. and being healthy and fit enough to do tons of fun things with your baby is a reason to start with. Keep the motivation going..
