Thanks for sharing your pictures..you'd always been beautiful, you now look fabulous
I started this thing in April, and have been losing about 10 lbs a month. I started jogging and walking 2-3 times a week. On the days I don't jog I limit carbs to about 40 a day. Otherwise it's about 80, on jogging days. Carb limits I could tell def helped in my weight loss.
I eat very little, about 1100-1200 cals a day. Lots of lunchmeat, chicken breasts, artichokes, no carb stuff. My carbs include my treat of 100 cal popcorn.
I DO CHEAT! About once or twice a month. And I have binging behaviors, so this has been really hard.
Red Robin has been my savior, eating their salad with honey mustard and ensenada chicken platter about twice a week. That really is the only place I can go to eat, that I like!!
I literally have to avoid parties, potlucks, nicer restaurants because I know I will binge and overload. For me, I have to totally remove myself from tempting things, or else it just won't work.
And WATER! I drink at least 6 liters of it, and at least 2 right before bed. If I drink 2 L before bed and weigh myself the next morning, I always weigh less than I did the morning before! It "flushes" or something!
I carry a little notebook with me to count/guess every cal and carb too!
