Hello all!

I was trying to decide which of the thousands of tapes out there I would try for my at-home work out and decided on Yoga Booty Ballet.

It's not too bad, the instructors sometimes try to be 'hip' and it just doesnt work for them, lol.

But I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this one (or any) that work really well. Also...how long for any kind of results (even for the burning to stop when I do the 'circuits').
