Default Yogurt Cheese ...Core?

Hi Core People ~

Well, I'm loving it, and I didn't think that I would (Core, that is). I have a question ...is Yogurt Cheese Core?

Thanks!

I have never heard of it. But I looked on the food network, where they had a recipe. Actually, not really a recipe, they just say to use 2 quarts of plain yogurt(would have to be ff to make it core) and place 4 layers of cheesecloth in colander set over a bowl. Add the yogurt and let drain overnight in the refrigerator. The desired consistency is that of soft cream cheese.
Now if you made it like this, it would be considered core(using ff plain yogurt). If you buy it, and it's not ff, it would not be core, and I would be skeptical regarding bought yogurt cheese. Would really have to check ingredients.
